We're hiring for a part-time CCC-SLP position in Warwick, NY at a progressive sub-acute rehab facility that provides both short-term rehab, long-term, and outpatient care.

• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians to provide holistic patient care
• Partner with a team of skilled SLPs with managerial support from an SLP

• Provide restorative therapy to enhance the quality of life for long-term residents
• Assist with specialized programs, including tube feeding weaning and cognitive therapies
• Engage families and staff to develop impactful after-care programs
