This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, are mechanically inclined, and are able to manage your time. Ideally, you have proven communication skills. This position provides timely and quality repairs of customers appliances while maintaining high levels of customer service. Six to eight service calls are dispatched each day using technology, so you are not reporting to our main office.

Specific Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances / equipment in the customers home
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and / or payment information from customers for work performed
• Ensure the efficient use of materials
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
