We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communication between field personnel and clients, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests, calls, and emails.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel to appropriate locations.
• Monitor job progress and communicate updates with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of assignments, routes, and service timelines.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays in real-time to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a primary point of contact for inquiries.

Qualifications

Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
