About the Role
As part of our mission, we partner with community-based organizations and payors to build sustainable funding pathways and infrastructure for frontline workers. This practicum will give students the opportunity to work on strategic projects, program evaluation, partnerships, and growth initiatives in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications
MPH student in public health, health policy, or related field. Passion for advancing health equity and addressing social determinants of health. Experience working with or alongside community-based organizations. Strong skills in research, evaluation, and written communication. Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Stata, R, or similar) is a plus.
Timing / Hours / Pay
8-10 hours / week over 2 semesters (30 weeks) during working business hours; flexible schedule possible $18-$22 / hour
