HR Communications Specialist - Culture & Engagement

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Communications Specialist for a 1-year limited term to lead the execution of our content management strategy within the Human Resources knowledge library. In this role, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to manage and maintain high-quality HR content, ensuring consistency and clarity across all communications. You will be responsible for editing, publishing, and optimizing knowledge content to enhance searchability and user engagement. Utilizing platform analytics, you will drive continuous improvement and implement ongoing communications to promote enterprise-wide adoption and effective use of HR technology communications throughout the workforce.

Job Specifics

Location : 2020 S Webster Ave, Green Bay WI. 54301

FTE Status : Limited Term 1.0FTE (40 hours / week)

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-4 : 30pm

Position Summary :

The Communications Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, design and implementation of content and communication for the Human Resources team. This role will align messaging with corporate standards and ensure we are delivering a consistent message to the right audience.

Essential Job Duties :

• Develop and implement people centered communication strategies that increase leader and employee understanding and support of organization's HR programs. Includes developing consistent process to identify and coordinate audiences, messaging, tone and content.
• Ongoing analysis of metrics related to communication efforts to drive ideas for change and continuously improve effectiveness of communications.
• In partnership with leadership, create and execute communication plans to improve experience through increased usability, understanding and decision-making ability.
• In partnership with leadership, define populations to ensure all communication content is created through the lens of the audience, appropriate style of communication and consistent voice depending on the audience.
• Manage calendar of communications, development of key messages, determination of audience, and development of plan to execute.
• Complete gap analysis to determine where communication is missing and make recommendations for communication plan.
• Develop consistency in all communication avenues on who to contact for questions and the process to reach that contact (i.e., phone, email, etc.).
• Assumes responsibility as process owner for special projects.

Qualif ications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, Human Resources, Communications or Marketing

Certification / Registration / Licensure : Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required.

Experience : Five years of communications experience required.
