Job Description

We are hiring a Production Technician for a 2-month temporary contract at our manufacturing facility in Watertown, CT . This position offers $22 / hour and a consistent daytime schedule. The main responsibility is lifting and placing full bottles into MODs on the production line. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods, and they must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, clean manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Steel toe shoes are required.

Key Responsibilities :

Lift and place full bottles into MODs efficiently and safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Adhere to all safety and operational protocols
Attend and participate in shift start-up and handover meetings
Assist with general production and support tasks as needed
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements & Qualifications :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Previous experience in clean manufacturing is preferred

Exposure to high-speed production or basic maintenance is a plus

Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic root cause analysis

Comfortable working independently and within a team

Strong verbal communication skills (in-person and via radio)

Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus

Forklift experience preferred (training available)

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long hours

Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (temperature, weather)

Steel toe shoes are required

Ability to work from 6AM-4PM
