CANNOT REQUEST OFF CHRISTMAS WEEK 5 / 2 Split schedule is 5 on 2 off 2 on 5 off large level I trauma center and do a lot of OR and fluoro must have extensive OR experience NO travel pair if they want the same schedule Travel pairs can NOT request the same schedule - no exceptions Start date : ASAP Ratios : Years of Experience REQ : Minimum 1 year First-timers Accepted : Y / N : No Weekend REQ : Yes Certs REQ : ARRT Cert Is on-call REQ No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Float within scope ED IP OP OR portables Open to accommodating block schedule Locals accepted : 25 mile rad Pending License accepted No RTO Restrictions : No holiday weeks and will need RTO requests ahead of time preferably during interview Guaranteed Hours : Schedule as follows : 5 / 2 split - every other weekend required Special Requirements : Extensive OR to include O-ARm GE / siemens Xray equip hospital exp required - prefer large volume hospital
