• We believe better care leads to better living Competitive Pay :  $15.00-$16.00 / hour + credit for experience  Schedule :  2 : 00pm-10 : 00pm or 10 : 00pm-6 : 00am Supportive Team :   We invest in our team just like we invest in our residents Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours  What You’ll Do : Assisting with personal care under the direction of the Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director and the Assistant Executive Director Monitoring resident well-being and assisting with basic health-relat ed tasks Administer medications according to certification and state guidelines Supporting mealtime needs including setup, serving, and cleanup Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health or behavior (e.g., choking, fever, chest pain, unusual vital signs, etc.) Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families What You’ll Bring : Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED CNA experience (Preferred) CMA certificate (Preferred) Medication Aide or Med Manager Certification (Preferred)  If you do not have a Med Manager certificate , the position will require you to take the IALA Med Manager course provided by the community.  Compassionate nature and commitment to senior care To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
