HVAC Technician

Riecke Mechanical, LLC is seeking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to save the day for our residential clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing their heating and cooling systems in the Baton Rouge , LA area. HVAC Technicians also recognize our customers' needs in order to sell them the appropriate equipment.

Our HVAC Technicians are ready to go 5 days a week from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm . And, when it is their turn for the on-call rotation, they are quick to respond. We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 / year - base+sales goals+commission once goals have been reached. We also offer health insurance and a company-provided vehicle, phone, and iPad, and the possibility of receiving a $5,000 sign-on bonus (if sales goals are met) . QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of the industry
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb through attics
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
