Job Description

Snelling is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic insurance team in the Birmingham area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, has strong communication skills, and has prior experience working in an insurance setting .

Pay : 17.00-20.00 / hr

Shift : 1st

Key Responsibilities for Insurance Customer Service Representative

Answer incoming calls and assist clients with account inquiries
Look up and update account information for customers and staff
Provide administrative support to the office and insurance team
Perform general clerical duties as needed

Requirements for Insurance Customer Service Representative :

Must have prior CSR experience in an insurance office or agency

Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
