- Defense :

- Team Play :
- Execute offensive strategies and maintain strong on-court chemistry with teammates.
- Conditioning :
- Commit to rigorous training and maintain peak physical fitness.
- Community Engagement :
- Actively participate in community events and represent the Pacers.
- Qualifications :
- Proven experience at the shooting guard position, preferably at the collegiate or professional level.
- Exceptional shooting and defensive abilities.
- Strong basketball IQ and work ethic.
