This position will be hybrid, the ideal candidate lives within the Austin area (preferred but will also consider remote candidates)
HRIS Analyst
In this position, you will supportsthe Sr HRIS Analyst with Workday HR suite, JIRA tickets and testing. You should have at least 2 years Workday HR Suite experience and familiar with JIRA ticketing system and HR processes.
- Perform full HR lifecycle tests of HRIS enhancements, changes, and upgrades, and other technical projects
- Create, update and maintain core HR, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent management and payroll test scripts
- Analyzes testing results and logs results on JIRA tickets
- Maintain and manage Workday regression test cases
- Assists with Workday release full regression testing
- Update job aids for core HR system changes
- Create, update and run reports
- Audit personnel data for new hires
- And other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday HR Suite experiencePlanning, analysis and implementation skillsExperience with complex reconciliations and reportingExcellent analytical, written and oral communication skillsBachelor's Degree in computer science or related field. Experience in lieu of degree accepted.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must have HR experience and understand employee lifecycle eventsDefine requirements, business process design and testing criteria; identify issues and make recommendations.Create test plans and write / execute scripts related to all HR system processes.Coordinate user acceptance testing, and work directly with end-users to manage tasks associated with testing.Apply experience with complex reconciliation strategies and reporting.Assist in developing training documentation / reports and dashboards.Other duties as assigned by management
