Inside Sales Representative

Orem, Utah

MonFri, 8 AM 4 PM

Base $30,000$50,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE $100K+)

Our Pest Control Client is a fast-growing startup in Orem, Utah, and were looking for an Inside Sales Representative ready to help us grow even faster. Weve only been around for 3 years, but our trajectory is steepand we need self-starters who are ready to build, solve, and create value from day one.

What You'll Do :

Handle inbound calls from interested prospects
Proactively follow up with warm leads from various sources
Use CRM tools to track close rates , calls, and outcomes
Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes and strategies
Provide a stellar customer experience and represent the EVO brand

Youre a great fit if you :

Have experience in pest control sales or other high-velocity inside sales roles

Are self-motivated, quick-thinking, and a natural problem solver

Thrive in unstructured, fast-paced environments where ideas and initiative are encouraged

Can work independently but value being part of a people-first culture

Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary : $30,000$50,000 (based on experience)

Commission : 6%12% (OTE $100K+)
