Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Responsible for the implementation and ongoing daily support of business applications. Assist business partners with business requirements gathering and test planning including the creation of comprehensive end to end test plans. Design, configure and test systems functionality changes, such as but not limited to creating flex fields, modifying fast formulas, building elements and table setup. Consulting with functional departments to identify necessary definition or changes to systems. Coordinating with other IT areas who are responsible for file transfers, security administration, reporting, databases and other functions. Help investigate and resolve system functional and technical errors. Troubleshoot on systems and data and generate solutions which may include systems
Option to telecommute full-time from a state where Providence has offices (AK, WA, OR, CA, MT, NM, TX).
Applicants must have :
A. Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Commerce, or related.
B. 5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
C. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
D. 2 years of demonstrated experience with the ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects, methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
E. Expertise with one or more of the following large scale ERP systems : Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS / EPM (Hyperion, Applications, PeopleSoft, or Workday.
F. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle BI Publisher, Kronos, and Report writer software.
G. Strong SQL skills.
H. Ability to schedule and troubleshoot standard and audit reports, perform data and role security administration, and schedule and maintain approval framework rules and BPM tasks.
I. Proficient in Microsoft office products.
J. Ability to schedule and troubleshoot standard and audit reports, address TA errors, and perform security administration.
K. Competent in supporting the technical, operational, and application needs for a highly complex application or several moderately complex applications from end-to-end;
L. Ability to utilize monitoring tools to evaluate general health of applications from end to end.
M. Skilled development of multifaceted testing plans and processes for complex systems.
