A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer Lead. Key Responsibilities Consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope Designs and develops reporting solutions and analytic studies to support business needs Mentors junior analysts and participates in training and project feedback Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required Minimum of 10 years of related work experience required Experience with complex SQL coding and Tableau dashboard development Knowledge of healthcare data, preferably health plan data Proficiency with Business Intelligence software and relevant databases
