JOB SUMMARY
Are you a master on the phone? We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator and Marketing Specialist for a local HVAC company to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls, use client databases for outbound phone, mail, text, and email campaigns, and ensure all customers are taken care of. This position requires a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Our team strives to effectively dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator, have phone sales experience, and is able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
