Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Project Managers for client communication and coordination
- Create site plans for healthcare projects
- Assist project teams in obtaining civil and environmental permits
- Prepare construction documents for healthcare projects
- Prepare engineering calculations
- Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals
- Participate in project design / client meetings and charette sessions
- Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on amenity spaces
- Oversee construction administration activities
