• ???? Open Positions & Shifts1. CNC Operators — 1st & 2nd Shift ($20-$25 / hr) (could $25-29.00 for Set-Up Machinists), Up to $45.00 / hr for high-level CAD / CAM Manufacturing Engineers - 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM start - 3 : 45 PM

2nd Shift : 3 : 45 PM - 2 : 00 AM

Operate CNC machines, monitor production, ensure part quality.

Experience with setup or operation highly preferred.

2. 1st Shift Quality Inspector $20 - $35.00 / hr - high end needs CMM Programming or Quality Engineering Skills. Quality Engineers $38-$45.00 / jr - Focus on precision measurement and dimensional inspection.

• Hands-on experience with gauges, calipers, micrometers, or similar tools required.

3. 2nd Shift CMM Operator $20.00 - 25.00 / hr + 10% shift differential - Similar skillset to Quality Inspector but with CMM operation experience.

• Perform inspection using coordinate measuring machines and follow strict quality standards.

4. 1st Shift Visual Inspector $18-23.00 / hr - Less measurement-heavy; more detail-oriented visual inspection.

Use microscopes to spot defects such as scratches, metal fragments, coating imperfections, etc.

Great for candidates with strong attention to detail.
