Digital & Graphic Designer

Create visual concepts and images including 2-D and 3-D video / storytelling that convey a persuasive message to the consumer or member that leads to membership acquisition, increase in products and services per member, brand awareness, and product and service awareness. Run A / B testing that leads to increase campaign engagement, video production for educational tutorials and community events. Hybrid work available with the majority in office. Conceptualize and produce designs for print, video production, and digital designs across all multimedia; including performing usability or campaign engagement test. Assists with creative briefs and strategies. Assist with analytics. Adheres to the corporate brand standard guidelines. Assists in planning and implementing the Credit Union's participation in community sponsored events. Performs other job related duties as assigned. To carry out assigned responsibilities with minimum number of errors according to established department standards. To achieve the Credit Union's planned market share, assets, loans, and other product / service objectives. To assist department, provide recommendations to management, based on current research data, regarding market strategies and directions the credit union should take. To deliver planned results within budget. To meet the Credit Union's growth objective with respect to new sponsor groups. To assure communications are accurate, timely and within budget guidelines. To provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates To maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness. Knowledge and Skills : Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience; proven proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Education (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
