Are you handy, hardworking, and ready to make a difference? COR Enterprises is looking for a Facility Maintenance and Vehicle Fleet Staff to help keep our buildings, vehicles, and grounds in top shape!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - from fixing things and keeping spaces safe, to working outdoors and helping support the people we serve. You'll be part of a supportive team that values teamwork, respect, and making a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do :

Help keep our facilities and vehicles well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

Complete oil changes and other vehicle maintenance

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and inspections to keep everything running smoothly.

Assist with building and grounds care year-round - snow removal, lawn care, and more.

Provide backup for woodworking and custodial tasks as needed.

Help with purchasing general supplies and making deliveries or pickups.

Occasionally supervise clients who assist with pickup and delivery tasks.

What We're Looking For :

Minimum :

High school diploma or GED

Ability to stand, move, and perform physical work for extended periods

Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn!)

Good communication skills - both spoken and written

Preferred :

Experience in Human Services or a related field

At least 3 years of maintenance experience

Other Details :

Monday - Friday, Daytime hours

Must be willing to occasionally work flexible hours

Must pass all applicable background checks

Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurability requirements

Six (6) month probationary period

May be exposed to physical or verbal aggression or Blood Borne Pathogens (PPE provided)
