Job Description
The Outreach Coordinator reports to the Manager of the GBPC’s Global Forums and works with the entire Council team, this role will support operations in all three of the mandate areas identified above.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have superior writing ability, effective communication skills, and an analytical mindset. You will need to be inventive, clever, collaborative, and open to developing and sharing creative ideas, approaches, and strategies. Attention to detail and consistency is a must.
The GBPC—the firm’s high-profile think tank—is a strategic service within Kearney designed to help leaders anticipate and plan. It is the central part of the Kearney’s Foresight network—consisting of various other research groups with narrower geographical and / or industrial focuses.
From its onset in 1991, the Council has addressed critical over-the-horizon issues of relevance to business, reflecting Kearney’s enduring commitment to promote world-class strategic foresight and leadership. The GBPC has been ranked consistently as one of the very best private sector think tanks in the world by the University of Pennsylvania’s Think Tank and Civil Society Program.

Base Salary : $87,000 - $100,000. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
