JOB DESCRIPTION :

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Liz Olivarez - State Farm Agent, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will maintain customer accounts and build relationships with existing customers.  You will grow the agency by using a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. This is a sales and customer service position.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work with agent to establish and meet marketing sales goals

    • DESIRED EXPERIENCE :

    Hello there... I'm open to hiring someone with no insurance experience who is willing to learn and obtain license by the agreed set deadline. As well, I'm open to hiring someone with previous insurance experience whether that was with State Farm or another insurance carrier.

  • Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
