Managing Director (MD)

A Managing Director (MD) at Simeio is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, operations, and growth of a regional set of large strategic accounts in the Northeast of the United States. In this role, you will provide direction and guidance for teams, ensure successful project delivery, and cultivate high-level client relationships. This role reports to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IAM thought leadership to both Simeio in-house colleagues and senior stakeholders within Simeio clients
• Business development : Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in high-stakes client presentations to secure new business and expand the firm's client portfolio.
• Client relationship management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership, acting as a long-term trusted advisor. Responsible for client satisfaction.
• Deliver both growth and new business revenue and profit numbers for a defined region within Simeio
• Be a leader in the end-to-end business / deal cycle with Simeio customers. This can encompass everything from initial opportunity gathering sessions, complex negotiations, stakeholder management, scoping / pricing and advisory related projects.
