Account Representative – Sales (Remote)

Schedule : Full-Time Remote

Compensation : Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

About the Role

Are you a motivated, licensed insurance professional who loves sales and helping others succeed?

Lindsey Weaver’s Raleigh-based State Farm agency is growing and looking for a driven Sales Account Representative to join the team. This role offers remote flexibility, a strong support structure, and endless potential for growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative sales
  • Educate customers on auto, home, life, and supplemental insurance options

    • Proactively contact warm leads and existing clients to achieve monthly sales goals

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

    • Collaborate with agency teammates to develop growth strategies

    Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  • Life & Health License preferred
  • Proven success in insurance or sales roles (State Farm experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely

    • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
