Join our dedicated team as an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) and provide exceptional nursing care for patients in an outpatient setting. You will offer comprehensive support tailored to individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while employing effective care strategies throughout various stages of life. This position is vital in facilitating care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate every facet of patient care, including teaching via direct contact as well as telephonic, telehealth, or electronic communications.

Your role will involve working closely with a collaborative healthcare team, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting clinicians in delivering high-quality care. All actions will embody the core values of our organization.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire : Active Registered Nurse License in the state where care will be provided.
• Minimum of 18 months of professional nursing experience.

The salary range provided is the base pay, and additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, bonuses, and incentives may also be available for this role.
