About the role
The Warehouse Associate position will work directly with the Warehouse Manager and other Warehouse Associates to fulfill the e-commerce customer orders and may require a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Pay : $18 per hour.
Generally 40 hours per week. Some overtime during high season (January through March, approximately) is common, but not guaranteed. We seldom work on Saturdays.
What you'll do
- Locate and pull stock to fulfill e-commerce orders and purchase orders.
- Review and process orders for accuracy and package according to shipping specifications via USPS, FedEx, and DHL domestic and internationally.
- Material handling may include one or more of the following : picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products, and other like duties.
- Move outbound shipments to the staging area, verify SKU, and quantity and check for damages, and verify that the order is complete and processed.
- Offload inbound merchandise, verify count and SKU, stack on pallets, label pallets, process documents, and relocate merchandise to the proper location.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. if needed.
- Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping all warehouse areas and workstations neat and organized.
- Perform inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy; identify and resolve discrepancies with the Warehouse Manager
- Provide input on existing processes and assist Warehouse Manager with implementing warehouse improvements.
- Warehouse Management Systems experience is a plus.
- Special projects as directed by management.
- May help with training other REV staff as necessary
- Other responsibilities as needed and assigned to ensure that the goals of REV are met.
