Job Description

Drive revenue growth with Engine & Nacelle and Regional Jet / Business Jet customers through new and existing opportunities. Serve as the customer advocate, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, prioritize resources, and deliver results. Build strong relationships with key decision makers and execute comprehensive engagement plans. Own revenue forecasting and maintain accurate data in partnership with Account Managers; communicate risks proactively. Develop customer strategies to position Hexcel products competitively and align with product roadmaps. Lead negotiations and collaborate with Product Management to support growth initiatives. Participate in industry organizations to identify new business opportunities. Manage pursuits using CRM tools and communicate strategies effectively. Travel up to 50% domestically.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in aerospace, chemical, mechanical engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred. 5+ years in technical sales, ideally within aerospace composites; strong industry network a plus. Proven success in developing new business and managing customer relationships. Knowledge of composite products, contract negotiations, supply chain, and project management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering creative, profitable solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; adept at managing priorities in a matrix environment. Proficient in MS Office, Dynamics365, ERP / MRP systems.
