We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assisted Living Director / Nurse / Director of Resident Care to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all care aspects of our assisted living department, ensuring the highest level of care, comfort, and safety of our residents. You will lead a dedicated team of QMAPs, fostering a positive and nurturing environment where residents can thrive.

You'll work alongside our Memory Support Director, also a nurse, and our Team Operations Director. Our Team Operations Director oversees scheduling and on-boarding of all care team staff and the direct supervision of all care partners.

As the Assisted Living Director / Nurse / Director of Resident Care you'll be responsible for :

• Maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding the highest standards of care.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living Neighborhood, including budgeting and resident admissions.
• Supervise QMAPs providing training and guidance needed to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to develop personalized care plans and address individual needs.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families and stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering a sense of community.
