As an Executive Assistant and Payroll Administrator, your day-to-day will be a dynamic blend of high-level project facilitation and meticulous event planning, where you'll orchestrate everything from multi-day conferences to small executive meetings. You will confidently manage logistics, negotiate contracts, and arrange travel, all while anticipating needs and seeking opportunities for improvement. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will process a straightforward payroll with a focus on compliance and handle sensitive PR and HR support tasks with the utmost confidentiality. WHAT MATTERS MOST :

As our Executive Assistant and Payroll Administrator, we ask that you have at least one of the following :

  • Associate degree in secretarial science, office administration, or business operations
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Here are our general requirements :

  • 5+ years of progressive administrative or office management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of general office, logistics, and administrative practices
  • Ability to tactfully navigate sensitive situations
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to manage numerous requests and properly set expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization abilities
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Willingness to travel for off-site meetings and events
  • Willingness to attend educational courses and workshops

  • PREFERRED :

  • Experience working with C-level executives or board members
  • Human resources experience
