The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Environment, Health, And Safety Manager to join the team in Everett, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-disciplined EHS team at the largest factory in the world!

Position Responsibilities :

• Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one, occupational health, safety, and environmental discipline
• Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety, environmental programs / processes, environmental property assessment and remediation, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and / or related support functions
• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees

Summary pay range : $114,750 - $155,250
