Aire Serv is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician with an EPA universal certification. If youre an experienced HVAC Service Technician and one of your favorite parts is seeing a satisfied customer, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Technician.

This is a customer-facing, residential / commercial service role where youll meet the customer to complete the necessary repairs or maintenance and discuss recommended solutions. You will succeed here by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer's needs.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you are vital in caring for our clients by providing them with the highest-quality service and maintenance of their homes HVAC systems.

  • Deliver World-Class Service - Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
  • Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance - Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and correctly diagnose and fix the issue(s).
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment and identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and ducts and performing warranty services.
  • Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans - Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.
  • Travel to homes, businesses, and other locations as scheduled.
  • Install new HVAC systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.
  • Use Service Titan software on IPAD for daily operations, including invoicing and payments.
  • Keep Service Vehicles clean and organized.

    These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

  • Experience in residential / commercial HVAC
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
  • Professional appearance and personality

  • The pay range for this position is $25 to $30 and depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician.
