We are looking for an Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving business performance and visibility across the company and its subsidiaries.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner closely with teams across the organization to develop reports, analyze spending, and build dynamic tools that enable strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop or refine financial reports.
Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Monitor and analyze departmental spending monthly, identifying trends and variances.
Conduct detailed margin and pricing analyses to inform business strategy.
Support the annual budget process through data gathering, analysis, and modeling.
Execute ad hoc financial analyses and contribute to special projects as they arise.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Supply Chain or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in analysis or a business intelligence role.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, etc.).

Strong proficiency in PowerBI with the ability to build dashboards and generate reports.

Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
