We are looking for a Kitchen Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A Keizer . The right candidate for this role will be passionate about consistently and efficiently delivering high quality food for our guests while developing the Back-of-House (BOH) Team.
Your Impact :
- As a member of the Executive Team , you will partner directly with the local Owner Operator to deliver high quality food for our guests
- Responsible for weekly scheduling of 50+ BOH team members
- Responsible for placing all product orders and maintaining inventory
- Assist in the hiring and development process of BOH team members and leaders
- Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning are completed as scheduled
- Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety and quality
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background and Skills :
