We're looking for a high-energy, results-focused Compensation and Equity Program Manager to implement and run Sunrun's executive and equity compensation programs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on key projects, deliverables, and programs. This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director of Compensation.

Starting salary / wage for this opportunity : $134,188.24 to $178,917.65. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history.
