Looking for CNA's with current license valid in the state of WA who are skilled, compassionate and are committed to providing the highest level of care. Our team should always strive to meet the needs and go above and beyond to provide excellent service to our residents. All our CNA's will need to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and must be willing to assist in taking care of covid positive residents when needed.General Responsibilities :

• Provide residents with quality routine daily nursing care and services according to the residents individualized care plan and notify charge nurse of any change in condition.
• Cooperate with all facility personnel so nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
• Assist residents in preparing for medical tests as well as activity and social programs.
• Serve meals and assist with necessary hygiene activities and observe and report skin breakdowns or pressure areas promptly.
• Routine documentation throughout your shift
• Other duties as assigned
