Bilingual Arabic Customer Support Agents
California Resident preferred
Schedule
Shift 1 6am - 2 : 30pm, 5 days a week ( some weekends required)
Job Summary :
The position will perform over-the-phone technical support for mobile applications.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist customers with setup and use of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Educate customers with the setup and use of their mobile app.
Provide recommendations for improving the support process.
Escalate calls to other team members when needed.
Document each call in a case ticketing system.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Fluency in one or more of the following languages : Arabic
Customer friendly attitude and excellent customer services skills.
Technical aptitude to learn and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
Strong working knowledge of Apple iOS and Android.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to research solutions and work independently on tasks.
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in teams and individually with minimal supervision.
Good documentation skills.
Miscellaneous Details :
This role will be 100% remote.
The position is considered Part-Time
Hours 4–8-hour shifts 24 / 7
Education :
AA degree or higher preferred
