Liebherr is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our senior and executive leadership teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a strong generalist background and a passion for aligning people strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HR practices strong business acumen and the ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.

A critical plus for this role is prior experience in a manufacturing environment where understanding operational dynamics and workforce challenges is essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership providing strategic HR guidance and support.
• Provides HR leadership and support within a manufacturing environment ensuring alignment with operational goals and workforce needs.
• Partners with manufacturing leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provides guidance to managers on employment law issues and escalates concerns as required.
• Leads and manages complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and risk mitigation.
• Drives change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
• Applies strong business acumen to understand key drivers of organizational performance and contributes to business planning.
• Leverages data and analytics to improve decision-making and to measure HR effectiveness.
• Supports workforce planning talent development and succession planning efforts.
• Champions a culture of continuous improvement inclusion and employee engagement.
• Collaborates across HR functions to implement programs that foster a high-performance culture.
