Description
- Relationship Management
Identify cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with independent casino partners to enhance player development initiatives and drive mutual growth.
Set performance goals monitor KPIs
Cultivate lasting connections with high-value player segments providing tailored experiences and top-tier service to elevate satisfaction and retention.
Analyze player data trip frequency and profitability to optimize reinvestment strategies.
Oversee VIP events tournaments and promotions tailored to target demographics.
Ensure all activities comply with gaming regulations internal controls and responsible gaming practices.
