Summary : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Technician to join our team. This entry-level role is responsible for providing daily operations support and maintenance for network systems, ensuring stable and reliable network services across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team under the guidance of senior staff.

Responsibilities :

• Provide support and maintenance for network systems, including LAN / WAN and wireless operations.
• Monitor network performance to ensure stability and dependability across multiple platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot computer networks to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with network facility and hardware / software vendors to resolve problems promptly.
• Utilize network management applications to identify faults and ensure data and telecommunications access.
• Work as part of a project team on small to medium complexity projects, under general direction.
