Talent Management Associate
The Talent Management Associate designs and implements innovative talent development programs for new joiners and early career employees. This role plays a critical part in supporting the onboarding experience, early career development, and fostering a culture of learning and engagement.
Program Management
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and early career development programs, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage program calendars, logistics, communications, and digital platforms to support seamless participant experiences.
- Maintain program documentation, including playbooks, templates, and process guides.
- Provide opportunities for new joiners to network with their peers and various leaders.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to conduct intern / co-op programs focused on building early career bench strength for the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align career management programs with workforce needs and strategic priorities.Build relationships with early career employees and new joiners to gather feedback and foster engagement.Support internal facilitators and external vendors in delivering high-quality learning experiences (as needed).Content & Experience Design
Contribute to the design of onboarding and learning journeys, career mapping and development tools, and rotational program experiences.Develop and curate content such as toolkits, guides, presentations, and digital learning modules.Ensure programs reflect the company's values, inclusion framework and talent philosophy.Measurement & Reporting
Track program participation, engagement, and outcomes using surveys, dashboards, and analytics tools.Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare regular reports and insights for Talent leadership and business stakeholders.Continuous Improvement
Monitor industry trends and best practices in onboarding and early career development.Recommend enhancements to program structure, content, and delivery based on feedback and evolving business needs.Pilot new initiatives and support change management efforts related to early career programs.Operational Support
Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and procurement processes related to onboarding and career management programs.Support internal communications and branding efforts to promote programs and celebrate milestones.Help maintain program assets and ensure consistency across geographies or business units.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and / or Related Experience
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional designFamiliarity with onboarding and early career development best practicesKnowledge of talent development strategies and frameworksStrong project management and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communicationFacilitation and presentation capabilitiesStakeholder engagement and relationship-buildingProficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Miro)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsAbility to adapt programs based on feedback and evolving needsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field13 years of experience in talent development, HR, learning & development, or program coordinationThe expected hiring range for this position is $26.44 - $33.05 hourly for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
