About the Role
The Company is seeking a Divisional Vice President, External Wholesaler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company's annuity products through a designated channel, with a focus on maximizing territory performance and increasing sales. This role requires the development and implementation of a strategic territorial plan, becoming a recognized industry expert, and establishing a professional selling process. The Divisional Vice President will also be expected to develop deep, ongoing relationships with each account and a solid relationship with the internal wholesaling partner. The position demands a proactive approach to relationship building, as well as the ability to conduct firm and product presentations, and to participate in various meetings and training sessions. Applicants for the Divisional Vice President role at the company should have a proven aptitude in financial services or related experience, with a minimum of 3 years' successful outside sales experience in a territory management role. The candidate must be an adept public speaker and hold the necessary licenses, including a FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 license in good standing, and a Life and Health license. A BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience is also required. The role is currently considered remote, with an estimated travel requirement of up to 50%.
