This is a hybrid role reporting to our COO and will require 1-2 days a week working in the Chicago office. US work authorization is required.

Join VIATechnik as our next Controller and take the reins of a finance operation ready to modernize. You'll lead all core financial functions and reporting while helping us transition from fast-growth to sustainable scale - with data, process, and your insight as the foundation.

In this role, you'll lead the budget cycle, guide profitability analysis, and oversee how financial insights shape operations - all while optimizing our unique ERP system and mentoring a high-performing team.

Here's what you'll do in your first year :

• Lead forecasting, month-end, and budget discipline across departments
• Sharpen working capital performance and cashflow visibility
• Build smarter dashboards and better models for margin insights
• Modernize how we use our ERP and reporting systems
• Lead and develop a strong finance & accounting team ready for what's next
