Since this is a licensed position, candidates must hold active mortgage licensing or successfully complete the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test (SAFE exam) and obtain required state licensing prior to beginning employment.
We're providing the following information to comply with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act : The base pay range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, but keep in mind that this is a commissioned role. Commissions will be based on the volume (dollar amount) of loans closed. We estimate that this position has an annual gross income potential of between $90,000.00 and $225,000.00, taking into account base pay, commissions, deductions, and bonuses. Of course, pay will vary and may be above or below the potential range based on various factors, such as experience and performance.
