Job Description
We Search People are looking for a tenured, experienced, and highly qualified Lead Project Manager to oversee a large-scale renovation project for a national, industry-leading multifamily builder. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex renovation initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of multifamily renovation projects in Newport News, VA.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, onsite teams, and senior leadership.
- Drive accountability, maintain project timelines, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Lead onsite meetings, provide progress reporting, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Uphold high standards of workmanship, communication, and professionalism.
