Qualifications : - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within a service-based or franchise environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. - Familiarity with CRM software and online auction platforms (e.g., CTBids) is a plus. - Willingness to travel locally as required to attend networking events and client meetings.
