job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRID Certified interpreter. 5+ years’ experience as a currently RID Certified interpreter working in a fast paced and technical settings Strong voicing skills Experience with solving difficult, complex ethical problems involving consideration of multiple issues and job areas MA / MS Degree in ASL Interpretation 5+ years of working in a Business / Government setting with highly complex technical jargon Active Secret Clearance Bachelor’s Degree in ASL Interpretation or equivalent experience Work Schedule : Hybrid
Responsibilities
include :
- Provide quality ASL-spoken English interpretation in a timely manner.
- Support managing the ASL interpreting schedule and reports to various customers.
- Mentor and review work of novice interpreters
- Maintain adherence to the RID Code of Professional Conduct.
