Executive Assistant Business Partner
We're looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant Business Partner to support the VP, Office of the CTO (OCTO) at PayPal. This role combines executive support with strategic operational coordination, helping the Office of the CTO run smoothly and with impact across its programs, reviews, and operating rhythms. You will play a central role in managing the VP's priorities and ensuring seamless coordination across teams in Technology, Finance, HR, and Product. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where clarity, organization, and execution matter most.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Manages calendar of the executive and daily work with some instruction from others.
- Performs general administrative duties such as travel, expenses, department distribution list, purchase orders, ordering supplies in accordance with standard procedures & practices.
- Engage and collaborate with the immediate team & internal partners.
- May act as a delegate for the executive when reviewing and approving expense reports
- Proactively identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes, anticipating the needs of the executive & team
- Collaborate regularly with peers and internal partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships.

8+ years of experience supporting senior executives or technology leaders in large, global organizations.Proven experience in executive operations or strategic administrative roles that involve managing complex priorities and cross-functional coordination.Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; can work effectively across leadership levels.Comfortable working with technology and data-driven teams; familiarity with operational reviews or tech cadences is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Slack, Zoom).Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
