Job Description
WHAT DOES A CONTENT ENGINEER DO?
The Content Engineer is accountable for architecting, automating, and optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of modular content and digital assets across EVERSANA's pharma clients and business units. This role connects strategic objectives with technical executiontranslating business and regulatory requirements into scalable content models, metadata schemes, and automated workflows. The Content Engineer serves as both a subject-matter expert and hands-on implementer, ensuring our DAM platform (e.g., Veeva Vault) and AI-enabled content-assembly tools deliver on promises of speed, precision, and cost efficiency.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
