Job Title : CNA / Home Health Aide - (Bath Visit / Home Assessments)

Location : San Diego CA

Job Type : Part-time

Salary : $30-$35per visit

Job Description : We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Home Health Aides to join our team for bath visits and home assessments. As a CNA / Home Health Aide you will play a crucial role in providing essential personal care services to individuals in the comfort of their homes or facilities.

Responsibilities :

Perform bath visits for patients per care plans
Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide emotional support and companionship
Conduct safetyhome assessments to evaluate client needs and circumstances.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Requirements :

Valid CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

Previous experience as a Home Health Aide preferred

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Willingness to travel to and from patient homes or facilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual patient needs
