- Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
- Support Producers with new / renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy
- Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
- Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response
